VOW OF SILENCE!
Just a bit of background...
Vow of Silence is a program put on by Free the Children. Basically people all over the world will stay completely silent, (this means no talking, cell phones, facebook etc.) all for the purpose of raising awareness of kids around the globe who can't speak up against the cruelties they are put through. This year the vow is taking place on November 19, which is 21st anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. You can get some more information here.Unfortunatly due to some prior commitments I can't participate this year. However I really admire all of the students taking the vow, I did it last year and I know how hard it is!
